  One year ago I decided to move to Holiday City. I listed my home with Darlene and with her professionalism and expertise in real-estate my home quickly sold. Darlene then assisted me in my search for my new home. We viewed more than 50 homes. I was starting to lose hope, but not Darlene, she was persistent in her search to find me the exact home I was looking for. Her persistence and positive attitude was the encouragement I needed to continue my search. Finally the day came when Darlene found the perfect house. I was drained from the search but I was not to worry because Darlene handled everything from neogations, inspections, mortgage recommendations, registration process at Holiday City and so many more details than you can ever imagine. She is truly a full service realtor. She stayed by my side and assisted me with all my needs until I finally received "in my hand" the key to my new home. She was a blessing!! I am now settled and happy in my forever home. Couldn't have done it without you Darlene!! If you are looking to buy or sell a home Buonomo Realty is the only call you will have to make!!   Buonomo Realty and Darlene especially was such a pleasure to work with. We sold our fathers home last spring, not living in the area was at first a concern. But was immediately put to ease with working with Darlene. She was such a professional and went above and beyond. She is easy and friendly to work with. Explaining things that we were going to encounter that were unique to the Manchester area and then helping us navigate through them. We ran into a problem after an inspection, which made for many phone calls and coordinating with a repairman in the area. I never felt as if my numerous phone calls were an annoyance or bother to her, she even helped with giving the contractor access into the house on his time schedule. I would highly recommend Buonomo Realty to anyone.
